WNBA rookie Paige Bueckers shocked media ‘tries to isolate’ by acknowledging existence of Black women.

WNBA rookie sensation Paige Bueckers is making headlines once again, but this time it’s not for her insane basketball skills. The UConn standout recently spoke out about feeling isolated by the media after her past comments about Black women were blown out of proportion.

In a recent interview, Bueckers stated, “The media just loves to isolate me for things I’ve said in the past. I feel like they’re always trying to make me out to be the bad guy, when all I want to do is play basketball and spread positivity.”

When asked about her controversial comments about Black women, Bueckers responded with a laugh, “Oh, you mean when I said they all have better shoe game than me? Come on, that was obviously a joke! I have nothing but love and respect for all women, regardless of their shoe collection.”

Despite her attempts to clarify her statements, the media frenzy surrounding Bueckers shows no sign of slowing down. Fake news outlets have even gone as far as to create fake quotes from Bueckers, claiming she said things like, “I only watch the WNBA for the drama” or “I think basketball is just a silly game for tall people.”

In response to these fake quotes, Bueckers rolled her eyes and said, “Seriously, do people actually believe this stuff? I know I’m a rookie, but I’m not that clueless. I just want to focus on my game and help my team win, not get caught up in all this nonsense.”

Despite the media circus surrounding her, Bueckers remains focused on her goals and is determined to let her game do the talking. As she gears up for her rookie season in the WNBA, one thing is for sure – Paige Bueckers is not one to back down from a challenge, whether it’s on the court or in the media spotlight.
