According to a recent study conducted by the Institute of Ridiculous Employment Practices, 75% of employers are now requiring their employees to find and purchase their own health insurance plans. When asked about this new trend, CEO of Corporate Co. Inc., Mr. Moneybags, stated, “We believe in empowering our employees to make their own healthcare decisions. Plus, it saves us a ton of money!”
