Former DEA snitch turned alleged extortionist, known on the streets as ‘Bowling Ball,’ has found himself in hot water once again. This time, not for ratting out drug kingpins, but for trying to squeeze them for some extra cash.
According to sources close to the investigation, Bowling Ball, whose real name is Harold Horowitz, was caught on tape demanding payment from several high-level cocaine dealers in exchange for not turning them in to the authorities. One dealer, who wishes to remain anonymous, said, “I couldn’t believe it when Bowling Ball came to me with his hand out. I thought we had a good thing going with the DEA, but I guess he wanted a piece of the action too.”
