Biden’s ex-aide Bernal gets a little too camera shy, House committee sends subpoena his way.

Former Biden aide Anthony Bernal has found himself in hot water after refusing to appear for a deposition before a House committee. Bernal, who has been described as a “close confidante” of President Biden, was subpoenaed by the committee after failing to show up for his scheduled appearance.

In a statement released by Bernal’s lawyer, it was revealed that he had decided not to appear for the deposition due to a “sudden onset of amnesia.” The statement went on to say, “Mr. Bernal simply cannot remember anything about the events in question, including his own name and the fact that he was ever employed by the Biden administration.”

House committee members were not amused by Bernal’s excuse, with one member stating, “It’s hard to believe that someone could forget their own name, let alone their entire time working for the President of the United States. This is just a blatant attempt to avoid answering tough questions.”

In response to the subpoena, Bernal issued a fake quote saying, “I have nothing to hide, I just can’t remember anything. But rest assured, I will do everything in my power to cooperate with the committee, as soon as I remember who they are.”

The committee has made it clear that they will not be deterred by Bernal’s antics, with one member stating, “We will get to the bottom of this, even if we have to jog Mr. Bernal’s memory ourselves. We have ways of making people remember things they conveniently forgot.”

As the drama unfolds, one thing is for certain – Bernal’s refusal to appear for his deposition has only added fuel to the fire of speculation surrounding the Biden administration. Will he eventually remember his past and cooperate with the committee, or will he continue to play the amnesia card? Only time will tell.
