Florida AG Begs SCOTUS to Let Him Keep Playing Sheriff

In a shocking turn of events, Florida’s Attorney General, Bob McBob, has requested the Supreme Court to grant him the power to continue enforcing a controversial immigration law that has sparked outrage among citizens and lawmakers alike.

McBob, known for his bold and often questionable decisions, defended his request by stating, “I believe it is my duty as the Attorney General of Florida to uphold the laws of this great state, no matter how ridiculous or discriminatory they may be.”

The law in question, dubbed the “Sunshine State Border Control Act,” allows McBob and his team to detain and deport anyone who looks suspiciously non-Floridian. This includes anyone caught wearing socks with sandals, drinking anything other than orange juice, or speaking in a northern accent.

Critics of the law have called it unconstitutional and a violation of basic human rights, but McBob remains unfazed. When asked about the backlash, he simply shrugged and said, “If you can’t handle the heat, stay out of the Florida sun.”

In a press conference outside of his office, McBob confidently declared, “I will not rest until every last spring breaker from Ohio is sent back to where they came from. We need to protect our palm trees and flamingos at all costs!”

One concerned citizen, who wished to remain anonymous for fear of being deported, voiced their frustration with the law, saying, “I moved to Florida for the sunshine and the alligators, not to live in a police state where my choice of swimwear could get me kicked out.”

Despite the mounting criticism, McBob shows no signs of backing down. In fact, he has already begun drafting a new law that would require all residents to wear sunscreen at all times or face immediate deportation.

As the nation watches with bated breath, one thing is clear: Florida’s Attorney General is not afraid to stir the pot, even if it means turning the sunshine state into a comedy of errors.
