In a shocking turn of events, a federal lawsuit has been filed adding to the already alarming allegations of child sexual abuse in Maryland youth detention centers. The lawsuit, which was filed by the fictional organization “Concerned Citizens for Comedic Justice,” claims that several staff members at the detention centers have been engaging in inappropriate behavior with the young detainees.
