In a shocking turn of events, the family of a victim and survivors of the recent Indianapolis FedEx mass shooting have filed a lawsuit against gun magazine manufacturer and distributors. The lawsuit claims that the high-capacity magazines used in the shooting were a major factor in the tragedy and that the manufacturers and distributors should be held accountable.
The lead attorney for the plaintiffs, Bob McLaughlin, stated, “We believe that these gun magazine manufacturers and distributors are complicit in the senseless loss of life that occurred in Indianapolis. They have blood on their hands, and we intend to hold them responsible.”
The defendants in the lawsuit include Big Guns Inc., Bullet Blitz Corp, and Ammo Galore LLC. When reached for comment, a spokesperson for Big Guns Inc. responded, “This lawsuit is absurd.
