In a bizarre turn of events, a couple was recently charged in an alleged cyanide plot to kill their ex-girlfriends. The couple, known as Jack and Jill, were caught red-handed by authorities as they attempted to carry out their devious plan. However, things took a hilarious turn when the agents who were searching their home ended up hospitalized due to a mishap with the cyanide.
According to a police report, Jack and Jill were overheard discussing their plot to get rid of their exes once and for all. “I can’t believe you still have feelings for your ex-girlfriend,” Jill allegedly said to Jack. “I’ll take care of her for you, don’t worry.”
But their plan quickly went awry when the agents tasked with searching their home accidentally ingested some of the cyanide that Jack and Jill had hidden in their kitchen. The agents were rushed to the hospital, where they were treated for cyanide poisoning. Luckily, they are expected to make a full recovery.
In a statement to the press, Jack and Jill denied any wrongdoing. “We were just trying to clean our kitchen, and the next thing we knew, the agents were collapsing on the floor,” Jack said. “It was a total accident!”
