**Family Removed from Flight Due to Son’s Insect Bites, Despite Doctor’s Clearance: Airline Claims “Bite Me” Policy**
In a shocking turn of events that has left the aviation world buzzing, the Johnson family was forcibly removed from a flight to Cancun after their son, Timmy, 8, showed up with a few insect bites that looked suspiciously like he had just wrestled a swarm of angry bees. Despite a doctor’s clearance stating that Timmy was “perfectly fine” and “just a little itchy,” the airline, FlyHigh Airlines, insisted on their strict “Bite Me” policy.
“We take insect bites very seriously,” said FlyHigh spokesperson, Karen Buzzkill. “We can’t have passengers thinking they can just bring their own personal pest control onto our flights. What’s next? A family of raccoons in the overhead bins?”
Timmy’s father, Dave Johnson, was understandably upset. “I told them it was just a few mosquito bites! I mean, have you seen the size of the mosquitoes in Florida? They’re practically small dogs!” he exclaimed, while trying to swat away imaginary bugs.
The family was escorted off the plane, and as they left, Timmy shouted, “I’m not a bug! I’m a kid!” to which a flight attendant replied, “Well, you’re definitely not flying today!”
In a bizarre twist, the Johnsons were later seen at the airport gift shop purchasing a “Bug Off” t-shirt, which they plan to wear on their next flight—if they ever get one. Meanwhile, FlyHigh Airlines has announced a new policy: “No bites, no flights.”
As for Timmy, he’s just happy to be home, where the only thing biting him is his little sister, Lucy, who is currently in training to become a professional mosquito impersonator.
