Americans gathered to celebrate Independence Day on July 4th were met with a new warning this year as authorities cautioned of a potential lone wolf terrorist threat lurking in the shadows. While fireworks lit up the sky and BBQs sizzled with hot dogs and hamburgers, partygoers were urged to stay vigilant and report any suspicious behavior.
In a press conference held by the Department of Homeland Security, Secretary John Doe issued a stark warning to revelers across the country. “We have received intelligence that a lone wolf terrorist may be planning an attack on July 4th celebrations. We urge everyone to remain alert and report any suspicious activity to law enforcement immediately.”
However, not everyone took the warning seriously. “I mean, come on, a lone wolf terrorist at a Fourth of July party?
