In a shocking turn of events, T.J. Puchyr, a self-proclaimed “NASCAR superfan” with zero racing experience, has agreed to buy Rick Ware Racing with plans to build a 3-car NASCAR team. When asked about his decision, Puchyr responded with, “I may not know how to drive a race car, but I do know how to spend a lot of money. And that’s all it takes, right?”
Sources close to the deal have revealed that Puchyr’s main goal is to turn the struggling team around and make them a force to be reckoned with on the track. When asked about his strategy, Puchyr confidently stated, “I’ve watched a lot of NASCAR on TV, so I pretty much know everything there is to know about running a successful team. Plus, I’ve got a lucky rabbit’s foot, so I think we’re good to go.”
Despite his lack of experience, Puchyr has already started making some bold moves, including signing veteran driver Dale Earnhardt Jr. to lead his new team.
